CyXcel Obtains CIPS Corporate Ethics Mark

Global advisory firm CyXcel has attained the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Corporate Ethics Mark and joined the CIPS Corporate Ethics Register. This demonstrates that in the last 12 months CyXcel has taken proactive steps to safeguard against unethical conduct in procurement and supply chain management.
The CIPS Corporate Ethics program ensures organizations have robust policies, training and behaviors in place to safeguard against unethical practices such as bribery, corruption, fraud and human rights abuses in supply chains. To obtain the accreditation, the CyXcel team completed mandatory ethics training, inclusive of the CIPS Ethical Procurement and Supply Exam, in addition to showcasing the business’ commitment to ethical practices and ongoing dedication to upholding the values.

On achieving this accreditation, Ngaire Guzzetti, Technical Director – Supply Chain at CyXcel, comments:
"Ethics are at the heart of how we operate. Gaining this certification demonstrates our ability to uphold the highest ethical standards in all our procurement and supply chain activities. CyXcel proactively protects our reputation and our clients’ trust by ensuring our work not only complies with, but sets the standard for international best practice. Moreover, we support a culture of integrity – empowering our people to make the right decisions and challenge inappropriate conduct when it arises."
